Children

Helping parents create good eating habits for children early on can enrich their lives. Together we can develop a balanced meal plan that includes nutrient rich foods high in vitamins and minerals instead of relying on supplements. Utilizing individual input from parents and children, I consult on balanced meals along with the natural inclusion of nutrients growing kids need most. I generally advocate for holistic health through nutrient rich fruits and vegetables, rather than vitamin supplements, because their inclusion benefits children in both the short-term and long-term habits.
